Jakob Stam, dit Jaap Stam, né le 17 juillet 1972 à Kampen aux Pays-Bas, est un footballeur international néerlandais reconverti en entraîneur. Il joue au poste de défenseur central du début des années 1990 au milieu des années 2000. Formé au PEC Zwolle, il joue ensuite pour plusieurs grands clubs européens, dont le PSV Eindhoven, Manchester United, Lazio Rome, Milan AC et l'Ajax Amsterdam avant de prendre sa retraite.
