Ferdinand Marcos
Ferdinand Emmanuel Edralin Marcos, né le 11 septembre 1917 à Sarrat et mort le 28 septembre 1989 à Honolulu, est un avocat et homme d'État philippin, président des Philippines du 30 décembre 1965 au 25 février 1986 et Premier ministre de 1978 à 1981. Après avoir combattu au cours de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, il devient avocat avant d'être élu à la Chambre des représentants puis au Sénat. Il est élu président en 1965 et réélu en 1969.
