Élisabeth Catez, en religion Sœur Élisabeth de la Trinité, née le 18 juillet 1880 à Farges-en-Septaine (Cher) et morte le 9 novembre 1906 à Dijon, est une religieuse française, carmélite, béatifiée par le pape Jean-Paul II le 25 novembre 1984 et canonisée par le pape François le 16 octobre 2016. Élisabeth Catez naît dans une famille chrétienne. Elle développe très vite un attrait pour la prière et montre le désir de devenir religieuse au sein du Carmel. Dans un premier temps, sa mère s'oppose à sa vocation, puis lors d'une visite au Carmel de Tarbes (Hautes Pyrénées), son cœur est touché par la joie d'une jeune religieuse.
