Arletty est une actrice et chanteuse française née le 15 mai 1898 à Courbevoie et morte le 23 juillet 1992 à Paris. Elle figure dans quelques chefs-d'œuvre du patrimoine cinématographique français des années 1930 et 1940 : Hôtel du Nord (1938), Le jour se lève (1939), Les Visiteurs du soir (1942) et Les Enfants du paradis (1945), quatre films de Marcel Carné, les trois derniers dialogués par Jacques Prévert. De son vrai nom Léonie Bathiat, elle passe ses premières années à Courbevoie puis, pour raisons de santé, à Clermont-Ferrand et enfin, à l'institution Marinois de Puteaux.
