Amy Adams [ˈeɪmi ˈædəmz], parfois créditée sous son nom complet Amy Lou Adams au début de sa carrière, née le 20 août 1974 à Vicence, en Vénétie (Italie), est une actrice, productrice, chanteuse et danseuse américaine. Apparaissant dans des films comiques ou dramatiques, Adams a acquis la réputation d'interpréter des personnages joyeux au tempérament optimiste, mais a depuis joué une grande variété de rôles. Elle commence sa carrière dans des spectacles dans des cafés-théâtres et fait ses débuts au cinéma en 1999 avec la comédie Belles à mourir.
