Alfred Hugenberg, né le 19 juin 1865 à Hanovre et mort le 12 mars 1951 à Extertal en Allemagne de l'Ouest, est un patron de presse et homme politique allemand. Chef du Parti national du peuple allemand (DNVP) de 1928 à 1933, il misait sur une stratégie maximaliste[pas clair] d’alliance avec les nazis. Il leur a offert un espace médiatique considérable et a largement contribué à banaliser les idées d’extrême-droite dans la presse.
