Young Oak Kim (apellido de soltera: Choi, coreano: 최영옥, Incheon, 18 de octubre de 1962) es una política y empresaria nacida originalmente en Corea del Sur que ejerce como representante de los Estados Unidos en el distrito 39 del Congreso de California. Su distrito incluye partes del norte del Condado de Orange. En las elecciones del 2020 a la Cámara de Representantes, Kim, Michelle Park Steel y Marilyn Strickland se convirtieron en las tres primeras mujeres coreano-estadounidenses elegidas para el Congreso de los Estados Unidos.
