Ramathibodi I (tailandés: สมเด็จพระรามาธิบดีที่ ๑; 10 de marzo de 1314–1369) fue el primer rey de Ayutthaya, reinando desde el 1351 hasta 1369. Era hijo de Baramaraja , un príncipe de Si Satchanalai que posteriormente ascendió al trono del reino de Lavo de Xiān, y Sunandhadevī, una princesa más joven de la corte de Suvarnaraja, el noveno monarca de Xiān. Originalmente conocido por el título de Varashreṣṭhakumāra (วรเชษฐกุมาร), sucedió a su padre como rey de Xiān en 1344.
