Richard Stephen Sinclair (n. Canterbury, 6 de junio de 1948) es un músico inglés conocido por ser uno de los pioneros de la Escena de Canterbury. Tanto su padre como su abuelo eran conocidos por sus actuaciones como músicos en el condado de Kent.
