Harry Warren (Nueva York, 24 de diciembre de 1893-Los Ángeles, 22 de septiembre de 1981) fue un compositor y letrista estadounidense. Warren fue el primer importante compositor de canciones centrado principalmente en el cine. Fue nominado en once ocasiones al Óscar a la mejor canción original, ganando tres de los premios (por "Lullaby of Broadway", "You'll Never Know" y "On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe").
