Charles Elliot
Charles Elliot (Dresde, Sajonia; 15 de agosto de 1801-Exmouth, Devon, Reino Unido; 9 de septiembre de 1875) fue un diplomático, funcionario colonial y oficial de la marina británica. En 1839, como Superintendente de Comercio del Reino Unido en Cantón, Elliot jugó un papel clave en el estallido de la primera guerra del Opio.
