Carlos Román Delgado Chalbaud (Caracas, 20 de enero de 1909-Caracas, 13 de noviembre de 1950) fue un político, militar, dictador e ingeniero venezolano. Fue presidente de la junta militar de gobierno de los Estados Unidos de Venezuela después del golpe de Estado de 1948 hasta su muerte durante un secuestro en Caracas.
