Ptolomeo XV Filópator Filómetor César (en griego: Πτολεμαίος ΙΕ' Φιλοπάτωρ Φιλομήτωρ Καίσαρ) (23 de junio de 47 a. C.-23 de agosto de 30 a. C.) o simplemente Ptolomeo XV César,​ apodado por los alejandrinos Cesarión (en griego Καισαρίων, «Pequeño César»), fue un faraón de la dinastía ptolemaica.
