Wilhelm Griesinger (* 29. Juli 1817 in Stuttgart; † 26. Oktober 1868 in Berlin) war ein deutscher Internist sowie Psychiater und Neurologe und gilt als einer der Begründer der modernen, naturwissenschaftlich orientierten Psychiatrie im Gegensatz zur damals vorherrschenden geisteswissenschaftlichen Auffassung.
