Josep „Pep“ Guardiola Sala [ʒuˈzεp gwəɾðiˈɔɫə] (* 18. Januar 1971 in Santpedor) ist ein spanischer Fußballtrainer und ehemaliger -spieler. Guardiola wurde als Spieler in der Jugendakademie des FC Barcelona ausgebildet und spielte von 1990 bis 2001 elf Profijahre für die Katalanen als defensiver Mittelfeldspieler.
