Oktar († 430), griechisch (bei Sokrates Scholastikos) Ούπταρος (Ouptaros), lateinisch (bei Jordanes) Octar genannt, war ein Herrscher der europäischen Hunnen im 5. Jahrhundert und ein Onkel Attilas.
