Mahrang Baloch (belutschisch مهرنگ بلۏچ, Urdu ماہ رنگ بلوچ; * 1. Januar 1993) ist eine pakistanische Ärztin und Menschenrechtlerin sowie führende Organisatorin des Baloch Yekjehti Committee (BYC).
