Charles Ingerham „Chuck“ Peddle (* 25. November 1937 in Bangor, Maine; † 15. Dezember 2019 in Santa Cruz, Kalifornien) war ein US-amerikanischer Elektronik-Ingenieur, der für seine Entwicklung des Mikroprozessors MOS 6502 in den 1970er und 1980er Jahren bekannt geworden ist.
