Agnes Block, auch Agneta Block (* 29. Oktober 1629 in Emmerich; † 20. April 1704 in Amsterdam) war eine niederländische Mennonitin, Kunstsammlerin und -mäzenin sowie Sammlerin tropischer Pflanzen.
