الملكُ الوَلِيّ والسُلطان الغازي ضياءُ الدين وعون الغُزاة والمُجاهدين أبو النصر بايزيد خان بن مُحمَّد بن مُراد العُثماني (بالتُركيَّة العُثمانيَّة: الملكُ الوَلىّ غازى سُلطان بايزيد خان ثانى بن مُحمَّد بن مُراد عُثمانى)، ويُعرف اختصارًا باسم بايزيد الثاني، وبِلقبه بايزيد الوليّ أو بايزيد الصُّوفيّ، هو ثامن سلاطين آل عُثمان وسادس من تلقَّب بِلقب سُلطانٍ بينهم بعد والده مُحمَّد الفاتح وأجداده من مُراد الثاني إلى مُرادٍ الأوَّل، وثالث من لُقِّب بِالـ«ثاني» من سلاطين آل عُثمان، وثاني من حمل لقب «قيصر الروم» من الحُكَّام المُسلمين عُمومًا والسلاطين العُثمانيين خُصوصًا بعد والده الفاتح. والدته هي أمينة گُلبهار خاتون، وقيل مُكرَّمة خاتون، وكان مولده سنة 851هـ المُوافقة لِسنة 1447م، وهو بِكر أولاد السُلطان مُحمَّد الفاتح، وخلفهُ على عرش آل عُثمان بعد وفاته سنة 886هـ المُوافقة لِسنة 1481م. كان السُلطان بايزيد الثاني ميَّالًا لِلسِّلم أكثر منهُ إلى الحرب، مُحبًّا لِلعُلُوم والآداب مُشتغلًا بها، ولِذلك سمَّاهُ بعض المُؤرخين العُثمانيين «بايزيد الصُّوفيّ». اقرأ المزيد على ويكيبيديا
