Lucía Yamileth Yépez Guzmán (born 18 February 2001) is an Ecuadorian freestyle wrestler. She participated in the 2024 Summer Olympics and won a silver medal in the women's 53 kg event. She also won one of the bronze medals at the World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia, in the same category.
