Şehzade Mehmed (Ottoman Turkish: شاهزاده محمد; 1521 – 7 November 1543) was an Ottoman prince, son of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and his wife Hürrem Sultan. He served as governor of Manisa.

2. Fatma Sultan (1500 - 1573)

With an HPI of 72.87, Fatma Sultan is the 2nd most famous Turkish Nobleman.  Her biography has been translated into 25 different languages.

Fatma Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: فاطمہ سلطان; 1494 – c. 1566) was an Ottoman princess, daughter of Selim I and Hafsa Sultan, and the sister of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent.

3. Ismihan Sultan (1544 - 1585)

With an HPI of 69.24, Ismihan Sultan is the 3rd most famous Turkish Nobleman.  Her biography has been translated into 22 different languages.

Ismihan Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: اسمیخان سلطان; also Esmehan Sultan; Manisa, 1545 – Costantinople, 8 August 1585) was an Ottoman princess, daughter of Sultan Selim II (reign 1566–74) and his favorite concubine, Haseki Sultan and legal wife Nurbanu Sultan. She was the granddaughter of Suleiman the Magnificent (reign 1520–66) and his favourite consort, Haseki sultan and legal wife Hürrem Sultan, sister of Sultan Murad III (reign 1574–95) and aunt of Sultan Mehmed III (reign 1595–1603) as well as the niece of Mihrimah Sultan. She was also the wife of renowned Ottoman Grand Vizier Sokollu Mehmed Pasha.

4. Hanzade Sultan (1609 - 1650)

With an HPI of 64.20, Hanzade Sultan is the 4th most famous Turkish Nobleman.  Her biography has been translated into 17 different languages.

Hanzade Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: خانزادہ سلطان; c. 1609 - 21 September 1650) was an Ottoman princess, the daughter of Sultan Ahmed I (r. 1603–1617) and Kösem Sultan. She was a half sister of Osman II (r. 1618–1622) and a full sister Murad IV (r. 1623–1640) and Ibrahim I (r. 1640–1648), and the paternal aunt of Mehmed IV (r. 1648–1687), Suleiman II (r. 1687–1691) and Ahmed II (r. 1691–1695).

5. Theodora Komnene, Duchess of Austria (1134 - 1184)

Theodora Komnene (Greek: Θεοδώρα ἡ Κομνηνή, born circa 1134, died 2 January 1184), Latinized Theodora Comnena, was a daughter of the Byzantine prince Andronikos Komnenos and his wife, Eirene (?Aineiadissa). Based on the writings of Niketas Choniates, it is likely Theodora was Andronikos' second daughter. The year of Theodora's birth is unknown.

6. Sittişah Hatun (1435 - 1486)

Sittişah Mukrime Hatun (Ottoman Turkish: ست شاہ خاتون; "Keeper/Protector of the Şah'' and "hospitable"; c. 1430 - September 1486), know also as Sitti Hatun, was a Turkish princess, and the legal wife of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror of the Ottoman Empire.

Leontia (Greek: Λεοντία, 457 – after 479) was the daughter of the Eastern Roman Emperor Leo I.

8. Simonida (1294 - 1340)

Simonida Nemanjić (Serbian Cyrillic: Симонида Немањић; c. 1294 – after 1336), born Simonis Palaiologina (Greek: Σιμωνίς Παλαιολογίνα, sr. Симонида Палеолог, Simonida Paleolog), was a Byzantine princess and queen consort of the Kingdom of Serbia as the fourth wife of Serbian king Stefan Milutin (r. 1282–1321). She was a daughter of the Byzantine Emperor Andronikos II Palaiologos (r. 1282–1328) and Irene of Montferrat. In Medieval Serbia Simonida is best remembered as a patron of the Arts, Music and Literature.

9. Nilufer Hanımsultan (1916 - 1989)

Nilüfer Hanımsultan; (Ottoman Turkish: نیلوفر خانم سلطان, married: Princess Niloufer Khanum Sultan Farhat Begum Sahiba Urdu: نیلوفر فرحت بیگم صاحبہ; 4 January 1916 – 12 June 1989), nicknamed Kohinoor of Hyderabad, was an Ottoman princess by birth and an Indian princess by marriage. She was the first wife of Moazzam Jah, the second son of Mir Osman Ali Khan, the last Nizam of Hyderabad in India.

10. Maria of Amnia (770 - 823)

Maria of Amnia (Greek: Μαρία, 770 – after 823) was a Byzantine empress, the first wife of Constantine VI. Through her mother Hypatia, Maria was a granddaughter of Saint Philaretos, a magnate from the Armeniakon Theme known for his charitable activities, a relation mentioned in his hagiography. Maria was born in Amnia, Paphlagonia.
