Top 3
The following people are considered by Pantheon to be the most legendary North Korean Noblemen of all time. This list of famous North Korean Noblemen is sorted by HPI (Historical Popularity Index), a metric that aggregates information on a biography's online popularity.

1. Chungseon of Goryeo (1275 - 1325)
With an HPI of 64.75, Chungseon of Goryeo is the most famous North Korean Nobleman. His biography has been translated into 19 different languages on wikipedia.
Chungseon (20 October 1275 – 23 June 1325), born Wang Wŏn (Korean: 왕원; Hanja: 王謜), later changed his name to Wang Chang (왕장; 王璋), also known by his Mongolian name Ijir Bukhqa (益知禮普花), was the 26th ruler of the Goryeo dynasty of Korea. He reigned in 1298, and again from 1308 to 1313. Adept at calligraphy and painting, rather than politics, he generally preferred the life in Dadu (the capital of the Yuan dynasty, present-day Beijing) to that in Gaegyeong (the capital of Goryeo, present-day Kaesong). He was the eldest son of King Chungnyeol and Queen Jangmok; since Wonjong of Goryeo requested to marry his son to a daughter of the Khan in 1269, which Kubilai obliged with the youngest one of his daughters. This made King Chungseon the first Goryeo monarch with Mongolian ancestry.

2. Kim Ju-ae (b. 2013)
With an HPI of 46.84, Kim Ju-ae is the 2nd most famous North Korean Nobleman. Her biography has been translated into 23 different languages.
Kim Ju Ae (Korean: 김주애; born c. 2012 or 2013) is a daughter of North Korean supreme leader Kim Jong Un and his wife Ri Sol Ju. The North Korean government has disclosed little information about her and much is unknown about her, including her birth date and name. The name "Ju Ae" was first mentioned by American basketball player Dennis Rodman after his visit to North Korea in 2012, but it has not been verified by either the North Korean government or South Korean intelligence. North Korean defectors interviewed by South Korean intelligence have claimed two alternate names for her: Un Ju (은주) and Ju Ye (주예). She made her first public appearance alongside her father at a missile launch in 2022. State media initially referred to her as Kim Jong Un's "beloved" and "precious" daughter before adopting the adjective "respected", which is typically reserved for the most honoured members of North Korean society, such as Kim Jong Un himself. Since her public debut, analysts of North Korea have speculated about the reason for her prominence in state media, with some hypothesising that she may be the heir to the position of supreme leader and others arguing against this idea.

3. Kim Han-sol (b. 1995)
With an HPI of 41.92, Kim Han-sol is the 3rd most famous North Korean Nobleman. His biography has been translated into 12 different languages.
Kim Han-sol (Korean: 김한솔, born 16 June 1995) is the eldest son of Kim Jong-nam and a grandson of the former North Korean ruler Kim Jong Il. His father was the unofficial heir apparent until he fell out of favor with the regime after a failed attempt to secretly visit Tokyo Disneyland in May 2001. Kim Han-sol's half-uncle, Kim Jong Un, was named the heir apparent in September 2010, and succeeded Kim Jong Il upon the latter's death in December 2011. Since his father's assassination in 2017, he has been under the protective custody of the United States Central Intelligence Agency and is reportedly living in the United States.
