Representing Taiwan (as Chinese Taipei) in the 2004 Summer Olympics, he won the silver medal at the Men's 68 kg Taekwondo event. At the 2000 Summer Olympics he won a bronze medal at the Men's 58 kg Taekwondo event.

Tseng Li-cheng (Chinese: 曾櫟騁; pinyin: Zēng Lìchěng; old name: Tseng Pei-hua, Chinese: 曾珮華; born 26 December 1986) is a Taiwanese taekwondo practitioner of aboriginal origin (tribe: Amis). At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she won the bronze medal in the Taekwondo Women's 57 kg.
