With an HPI of 44.15, Ulla Werbrouck is the most famous Belgian Martial Arts.  Her biography has been translated into 17 different languages on wikipedia.

Ulla Werbrouck (born 24 January 1972 in Izegem) is a Belgian former politician and judoka. At the 1996 Summer Olympics, Werbrouck won the gold medal in the women's half-heavyweight category. In January 2007, Werbrouck joined the right-liberal List Dedecker party, newly established by her former trainer Jean-Marie Dedecker. In the June 2007 federal elections, she was elected member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives (2007–2009). At the 2009 Regional elections she was elected a member of the Flemish Parliament. In 2014, she was no longer up for reelection.

With an HPI of 44.02, Jenny Gal is the 2nd most famous Belgian Martial Arts.  Her biography has been translated into 14 different languages.

Jennifer Eva Caroline Gal (born 2 November 1969 in Uccle, Belgium) is a retired judoka who competed for The Netherlands at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics and Italy at the 2000 Summer Olympics. At the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games she won the bronze medal in the women's half-middleweight division (‍–‍61 kg). After her marriage to Italian judoka Giorgio Vismara she represented Italy at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She is the older sister of judoka Jessica Gal (born 1971, Amsterdam), who competed in four consecutive Summer Olympics (1988, 1992, 1996, and 2000) for the Netherlands.
